Cardiac Dimensions, Inc. is currently enrolling for a study of the CARILLON®
Mitral Contour System™. The TITAN II study is a multi-center safety study being
conducted at sites located in Europe. Patients being considered for the study
have dilated ischemic or non-ischemic cardiomyopathy, moderate to severe
functional mitral regurgitation, LVEF <40, NYHA Class II-IV, 6 minute walk
distances between 150-450 meters, and stable heart failure therapy. Treated
patients will be followed at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months post procedure.
